Why Freedom
Freedom is one thing that we all have or at least most of us, but we should not use our freedom to satisfy the sinful nature. Its very hard for us to not satisfy the sinful nature. We fall short everyday. To have freedom is a privilege. There are people out there who misuse their freedom. They pay the price by there freedom getting taken away.This is worldly freedom. The freedom that the passage below is talking about is spiritual freedom. Worldly freedom and spiritual freedom are not the same in that they are two different types of freedom because they come from different places.Yet they share the same principle. you misuse your freedom it will be taken away. The difference between the freedoms is that the world chooses if they want you to have freedom and can take it back and give it back if the choose too. These spiritual freedom if you have it and it is taken from you will get it back when you prove yourself by repenting.. Because someone forgave you in their heart the freedom given back was love. When a person shows you true genuine love your are not to keep it for yourself you are to give it away. That will let the other person have freedom. God showed us the true love by sending us his son to die on a cross so that we may be free by accepting him. By us accepting his son it shows God our love for him. God loved us first so we need to love others.
Galatians 5:13-15 (New Living Translation)
13 For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. 14 For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself.

Where are you in your life
Where are you in your life as of today
I ask this question due to a fact that no one knows where they are in their everyday life. Only your heavenly father truly knows. He is all knowing all seeing all mighty. He knows how many hairs that are on your head. He even know you before you were born. Did you know that. Did you know that he knew what you would become in life. How can you deny him your life. He gave you that, even though you have a earthly mother and father. Did you know that he picked your mother and father. He is the all and all. He was, He is he will forever be. There is no place in your life that you can hide from him. God knows when you were born and when you will die. He knows when you will pull down those bootstraps and choose him. He will put people in your life that will guide you more and more to him. Basically he knows you best. So I ask you again where are you in your life. Do you really know. Feel free to ponder this question because the more you think about it he will reveal it to you. As long as you live your life for him not yourself.

Can Verses Can't
Why say I can verses saying I can't
Because if you you say I can do this or that your proclaiming victory over your struggle that eventually you will get through it. A great author once said I can do all things through him who gives me strength. His name was Paul and he wrote several books in the Bible. That statement was made in the book of Philippians. It is in chapter 4 verse 13. If you say I can't I just can't do this or that, it's toooo hard and you give up, you are proclaiming curses in your life. Little children do that not grown adults. Kids basically don't know any better. You have a choice to make you can either proclaim victory or you can make your life a difficult life. (YOU CHOOSE)

Why Celebrating
Why because of the fun and friendly folks you will meet. Also because a person with a physical and/or mental challenge loves to party. Even those who may have a challenge that is unseen loves to party. If you dont like to party you should try it because it can bring laughter and joy to your life. You may not like hugs try that too, because it is a healthy thing for your body to experince touch. Just not the the type of touch that is wrong, but a hug is acceptable in many ways. It does not matter if its a man giving another man a friendly hug. 9 X OUT OF 10 it does not mean those two people are gay. there just giving a friendly hug. The same principle applys for woman as well.

Why Compassion!!!!
Well the reason for compassion is to show love to those you meet. I am not talking about the gushy gushy type of love, but the unconditional type of love/compassion.

Well the reason for compassion is to show love to those you meet. I am not talking about the gushy gushy type of love, but the unconditional type of love/compassion.
Ephesians 4:31-32 (New International Version)
31Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Part of compassion is forgiveness. Forgiveness WOW BIG WORD. Why should we forgive? Because Christ forgave you when he died on the cross.
When you care about someone you have compassion on that person. Knowing that they are a child of the living God. Remember God loved us sooooo much that he sent his son to die a retched death on a cross so that you and I could live in Eternity with him.

What is a Challenge
What is a challenge,
A challenge can be anything that is difficult for you to do. Lets say you are trying to read and there is a word that you don't understand. That is a mental challenge, you might have a learning issue.. Lets say that you have a hard time picking up something that weighs 50 lb. you may have a physical challenge. Just because you may be able to use both hands or read but not understand some words, that means that you have limitations to do certain things. Just because a person can only use one hand or not be able to understand things does not make that person any different. You need to remember that you yourself have challenges too. The challenges that you might be facing may not be the same as others are facing.
Matthew 22:36-40 (New International Version)
36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'[a] 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[b] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

Welcome to my blog
Hello and welcome to my blog.
My name is James Anderson and am very excited to see that you decided to visit. I would like to express my love for those who have physical and mental challenges. You may notice how I don't use the words disabled, disability or disabilities, when I am referring to those who are challenged. The reason I don't use those words is because I do not believe their is anyone who is disabled. I believe their are people who are able. You may think well your stupid for thinking that. Let me ask you this!!! How does God see people? He sees them being able as well. If you see a person who is in a wheelchair going down the street, that drools out of their mouth and has to be feed and wears a diaper. The thing you may not realize is that they have an ability. Their ability is to give a friendly smile, maybe a hug, which means more than you could ever realize. I Hope and pray that as you go about your day that you would remember that there are people with challenges physical or mental maybe both who want to show you what they have accomplished and done, not to make themselves look good but so that you can feel good about their accomplishments. In turn you may realize that you can overcome any challenges in your life.
